1. Own Vehicle

In Own vehicle screen we can create all the types of vehicles and own vehicle

In this screen we can mention all the basic details like as vehicle type vehicle basis, usage cost, Fuel type, insurance renewal date, permit renewal date, FC Date, Purchased details etc.,

In this screen we can upload the scanned documents of Insurance, fitness certificate, Road Tax Document, Permit Document:, Invoice Document etc.,

2.Hire Vehicle

In this screen we can track the details of Hired vehicle from outside for the use of company purpose.

Here we can create the details of vehicle ype, fuel type, vehicle basis, Hired from, Vehicle rent, Valid From, Valid to etc.,

For the hire vehicles once the work is completed we have option to generate the bills for the payment.

3. Battery Maintenance

In battery maintenance we can track the details of how many batteries have been fitted for own vehicles.

Here we can track the battery fitted date, actual life and current life.

If current life of battery exceed more than actual life means it will show the alert in dashboard for us to change the battery.

We have the option to scrap the batteries also once the life is exceed.

In Battery Maintenance report we can we view the detailed report of over all batteries

4. Tyre Maintenance

In tyre maintenance we have two types of tyres New Tyre and Retread Tyre

In New tyre we can track the details of original purchase, purchased from which supplier, purchased amt & purchased for which own vehicle.

In Retread Tyre we can track the details of No of Retread done, from which supplier we have retread, Retread amt & purchased for which own vehicle.

For each tyre we can assign the Tyre Serial No, so that we can track all the tyres based on the serial no.

In tyre Maintenance screen we can track the details of FittingDate, Fitting Hour/ KM, Removing Date, Removing Hour/ KM, Running Hour/ KM, Rate, Tyre Cost Per km.

Here we can track the details of tyre how many times it was Retread and it can be reused or not.

We have the option to transfer the tyre from one vehicle to another vehicle without retreading.

Once the tyre life is expired we can scrap the trye.

In Tyre Costing report we can view the over all detailed report of all Tyres branch wise.

5. Daily Progress – Daily Trip details

In Daily Progress entry screen we can track both Own vehicles and Hire vehicles

In Daily progress entry we can track the Day wise Trip details of each Own & Hire vehicle.

In Daly progress entry Diesel issues is auto connected with inventory management, if any Diesel issues done in inventory

against the vehicle means automatically it will show in daily progress entry how many liters of diesel have been filled during that day.

Based on this diesel issues we can track the diesel consumption of each vehicles.

6. Bill Generation

Once the daily progress entry done we can generate the bill for hire vehicles.

We can track how much of payment done for the Hire vehicle usages.

7. Periodic Maintenance:

Periodic Maintenance is used for the own vehicles only.

While we creating the Vehicle Type we will pre-schedule the maintenance details for each vehicle type.

Based on this pre-schedule in periodic maintenance we can track the details of Spare fitted, Last Changed Date, Last Changed Hr/KM, Service Limit, Next Service Hr/KM, Current Cumulative Hr/KM, & Remaining Hr/Km.

If Remaining hr/km reaches close to the Current Cumulative HR/KM it will show the alert as Service Nearly.

If Remaining hr/km goes to minus value means it will show the alert as Service expired.

Based on this alert we can change the spare parts for the own vehicles.

In Vehicle Log book we can track how many times we have changed the spares parts for the individual own vehicle.

8.Job Card Details

In Job card details we can track how many of the own vehicles we sent to Workshop for repair work.

In Job card entry first we will register the complaint of the own vehicle.

Next based on that complaint the action will take on that own vehicle.

Here we can track the details of Nature Of Complaint, Complaint Attended By, Inspected By, From date, to Date, Spares issued for that work etc.,

We have separate report for Job Card in that we can view the total history of the Repair work done for the individual own vehicle, so that we can track same complaints is repeated again or not.

9.Vehicle transfer

We have option to transfer the Own vehicle from one branch to another branch.

Once the Vehicle transfer entry done in Headoffice they will make approval then only the receiving branch can receive the own vehicle, if not the own vehicle will be in waiting status only.

In Vehicle transfer report we can view the overall transferred status of each own vehicles.

10.Vehicle Status Report

In Vehicle status report we can track No of own vehicles available and currently where the own vehicle is available.

11. Break/down Idle Report

In break/down idle report we can track the details of Running, Idle and Breakdown status.

We can track the details how many days the own vehicles are in Breakdown status and also we can view the details of what are all the actions taken for rectify the breakdown.

12. Vehicle HSD Filling Report

In Vehicle HSD Filling hr report we can track the Diesel issues & Diesel consumption of own vehicles by Date wise.

This report is auto generated based on the Inventory store issues of Diesel.

13. File Manager Report

In this report we can download the scanned copies of Insurance, fitness certificate, Road Tax Document, Permit Document:, Invoice Document etc., which was uploaded in Own Vehicle Master entry screen.

14. Vehicle Log Book

In Vehicle Log Book we can view the over all report of
